We will respond to all repairs and maintenance requests 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

We will ensure that all non urgent repairs are responded to within agreed time lines of 1 hour, 24 hours, 5 working days or 20 working days.

Ensure there is an open and transparent invoicing mechanism that everyone can understand.

  • Planned Works – to deliver full and inclusive package to give you your final project.
  • Compliance – Ensure statutory compliance work is carried out in a programmed manner.

comment Cost of Service

A new approach for using the service has been developed – a pay as you go approach will now be adopted.

We have revised our pricing structure, and now instead of a fixed charge based on floor area it will be a management fee – applicable only when the service is utilised.

Planned Works

We are able to offer building and technical solutions through our Commissioning and Programme Team.  Each request will be assigned an individual offier and we will work through to get the optimum solution demonstrating best value for money.

A 5% on project value, excluding all professional fees (inc Building Control, Planning Control, CDM, Asbestos Surveys etc.)

Repairs / Maintenance / Compliance

A fee of 7% on all contractors’ invoices

Compliance – in order to schedule your compliance needs we require a commitment for all testing for a period of 12 months.  This is in order for us to plan, and therefore ensure your building is statutory compliant at all times.
