The HR Recruitment team aims to provide all customers with an effective and cost efficient recruitment advertising service that enables Principals, Head Teachers, Managers and School Governors to attract and recruit suitably skilled, qualified and experienced teaching and non teaching staff.
Job vacancies are advertised on WMJOBS, the West Midlands leading public sector jobs board. WMJOBS record more than 4 million job searches per year providing wide exposure to the market and excellent value for money. We complement this service by providing the “JobShop link” which directs job seekers from the Councils main website to our dedicated pages on WMJOBS and we promote vacancies on our recruitment social media feeds at Twitter and Facebook.
Additional services include recruitment and selection “best practice” training, tailored to suit your needs and a wide range of candidate assessment products to help you identify a preferred candidate, all delivered by our team of fully qualified assessors.
The annual contract is for the advertising service only. Additional services are subject to charge, quotes available on request.
